One Rehab has a network of skilled Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) that assist clients who are recovering from serious illness or injury. Founded by Jennifer Berg-Carnegie, a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience, One Rehab excels in providing top-notch rehabilitation support services tailored to the needs of both clients and their treatment teams.
Occupational Therapy Assistant Services
One Rehab offers in-person + virtual OTA services to support adult and pediatric clients who have complex physical, cognitive, and/or psychological impairments. Our team of OTAs come with experience in supporting children and adults with a variety of diagnoses including brain injury, concussion, spinal cord injury, amputations, chronic pain, psychological impairments, and/ or learning disabilities. In addition to traditional, in-person OTA services, we offer accessible technology options and provide blended models of service.
Pediatric Services
One Rehab has over 20 years of management experience in pediatric services, and experienced OTAs who understand developmental expectations and working within family systems. Practice areas include Catastrophic ABI, Learning disabilities, Developmental delay, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Service Coverage
One Rehab offers OTA/PTA services across Ontario, including most rural areas. We currently have OTAs in Thunder Bay, North Bay, Barrie, and surrounding areas.
